Step 1

Fill out the form below requesting support with a brief summary of the issue you are having along with the state you reside in and best time to call.

Step 2 

Once we have contacted you, choose from the options above to download our connection software. Once downloaded, run the software and read the 9 digit code to the CompuPeace Tech you have on the phone.

Step 3

Sit back and watch as our Tech fixes your issues live on your PC.  We will never blank out your screen while we work, you will always be able to see exactly what we are doing at all times. 

Step 4

Pay the invoice that is emailed to you upon completion, and you are satisfied!  

(If you can trust us on your PC/laptop then we can trust you to pay once the work is complete).
